Vovo Ngcwabe-Tembo

Vovo is a seasoned independent Executive that has experienced in strategy consulting and advisory services in business leadership, stakeholder engagement and public policy strategies, transformation and empowerment (including B-BBEE), enterprise and supplier development and social impact. Her career spans more than two decades.

Vovo has held leadership roles across various industries in both public and private sectors.

Vovo holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pretoria, Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS), complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Psychology from the University of South Africa. She has further honed her expertise through numerous certifications and accreditations in social entrepreneurship and leadership development from GIBS. She is also a Fellow of the Africa Leadership Institute (ALI), an esteemed member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network as well as a Fellow of the African Venture Philanthropy Alliance (AVPA)
